Submit your Story

Sikkim Digital Magazine invites writers, photographers, artists, and storytellers to contribute original content that reflects the culture, creativity, and spirit of Sikkim. We welcome stories that highlight local heritage, arts, tourism, social initiatives, youth achievements, entrepreneurship, and community experiences.

What We Accept

• Articles & Essays: Original writing on culture, travel, arts, lifestyle, entrepreneurship, sports, or social issues.
• Photo Essays & Visual Stories: High-quality images or multimedia storytelling showcasing Sikkim’s landscapes, people, and events.
• Videos & Short Documentaries: Creative video content capturing stories, performances, interviews, or events.
• Event Coverage: Reports or reviews of local cultural events, concerts, exhibitions, or festivals.

Submission Guidelines

1. Originality: Submissions must be original and not published elsewhere.
2. Format: Articles in Word/PDF, photos in JPEG/PNG, videos in MP4 or compatible formats.
3. Word Limit: Articles should ideally be between 500–1500 words.
4. Attribution: Include your name, contact details, and a short bio (50–100 words).
5. Supporting Material: Include captions, credits, or relevant references for media submissions.
6. Language: English is preferred. Nepali or local languages may be accepted with English translations.
7. Rights: By submitting, you grant Sikkim Digital Magazine the non-exclusive right to edit, publish, and promote your content while giving proper credit to the contributor.

Note: Submissions are reviewed by the editorial team. Selected content may be edited for clarity, style, or format, while maintaining the original meaning. Contributors will be credited appropriately.
